Looks like a regular belt, works like a regular belt, but aha…it has a secret zippered compartment for folded up bills and other things you want to keep hidden.
I've owned two of these belts; (palm) olive green and (coffee) brown. Traveled with them through Scandinavia & Europe, USA, Alaska & Hawaii, throughout the Caribbean and So. America. They are waterproof, machine washable and can hold several hundred dollars of currency as well as copies of your passport,or written confirmations. May be work through metal detectors at airport checkpoints. The colors match well with shorts, jeans, khakis and the adjustable fit allows for multiple users/wearers. One buckle cracked after scores of uses but Eagle Creek cheerfully replaced! A great buy; reasonably priced, useful and versatile; looks great too.

I bought one of these back in the early 90's. Since then it has gone around the world twice. It's been to Africa, Europe, Asia and North America. It's been on safari in Senegal, and in temples in Taiwan. It never let me down, it never looked old or worn out, and kept some emergency money and a photocopy of my passport safe no matter how rugged or urban the surroundings. I always wear it when flying since it has less metal than my fillings and never sets off the detectors. One of the best travel accessories I've ever owned. The buckle finally broke and I'll be buying another one because I can't imagine traveling without it.

This is nothing short of a fantastic belt. I have worn it to and all over the U.S.A., Japan, China, England, France & Portugal with nary a problem. Secure money zippered inner section is great when essentially in insecure spots. Alas, recently the buckle let go, closure part snapped, but it is on its way to Eagle Creek in Vista, CA for repair pursuant to the lifetime warranty. Just great!
